Return & Refund Policy — AtouPet

AtouPet is committed to providing high-quality pet products for dogs and cats. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return request must be made within (14 days of delivery)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged not due to our error

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our support team will respond within(1–3 business days)
  4.  If approved, you will receive return instructions

📌 Important: Do not send items back without prior approval.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

4. Shipping Policy for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover return shipping costs

5. International Orders

AtouPet ships worldwide.
  • Delivery time: 6–15 business days depending on destination
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within(48 hours of delivery)

Please include:
  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
We will offer one of the following solutions:
  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (if applicable)

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:
  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank

 8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within (12 hours of purchase)

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
