How do I choose the correct fit?
Compare your pet's seated height, body width and weight with the 35 × 18 × 38 cm carrier dimensions. Your pet should not be tightly compressed.
Can the top opening be adjusted?
Yes. The breathable drawstring opening can be adjusted from approximately 23.5 cm down to 2.5 cm.
How should the safety clip be used?
Attach the internal safety clip to a properly fitted pet harness. Do not connect it directly to a neck collar.
Is the backpack completely waterproof?
The exterior is water-resistant and suitable for light moisture and splashes. It is not intended for heavy rain or immersion.
