Before the First Journey
Is this carrier approved by every airline?
No carrier is automatically accepted by every airline. Confirm the current under-seat dimensions, pet weight limits and travel rules directly with your airline before booking.
Can the side panels stay open while carrying the bag?
Close and secure both expandable sides before lifting or moving the carrier. Use the expanded configuration only when the carrier is resting on a stable surface.
How should the internal safety tether be used?
Clip the tether to a properly fitted pet harness rather than directly to a neck collar. Check the clip before every journey.
Can my pet enter from the top and the front?
Yes. The carrier includes both a top window and a front access door so you can use the opening that is more comfortable for your pet.
Does the carrier fold for storage?
Yes. The soft-sided structure can fold to approximately 8 cm thick when not in use. Store it completely dry and away from high heat.
