Carrying questions

Before the First Outing

How do I choose the correct size?

Measure the chest, front leg circumference, rear leg circumference and leg spacing. Use weight only as a secondary reference and allow approximately 1–2 cm of fitting room.

Can it be worn on the front and back?

Yes. The adjustable shoulder system supports front or back carrying, and the reinforced handles can be used for short hand transfers.

How should the dog sit inside the carrier?

The torso should remain supported across the carrier without tight compression. Each leg must pass through the correct padded opening, and every buckle should be securely fastened.

Is it suitable for senior or mobility-limited dogs?

It may help with supervised transport and short mobility assistance. For injured, recovering or medically restricted dogs, consult a veterinarian before use.

Can the carrier be used for long periods?

Provide regular breaks and monitor breathing, body position, temperature and leg comfort. Stop use if the dog shows distress, rubbing or discomfort.

Is this carrier escape-proof?

No carrier can guarantee that every dog will never escape. Adjust every strap correctly, fasten all buckles and supervise the dog throughout use.

How should the carrier be cleaned?

Spot clean or gently hand wash with mild detergent, then air dry in a shaded area. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry or iron.
