How do I choose the correct fit?
Compare your pet’s seated height, body length and weight with the carrier dimensions. Your pet should have enough space to sit, turn and rest without being compressed.
Can the top opening be adjusted?
Yes. The drawstring mesh opening can be tightened around the neck area while leaving enough space for safe breathing and comfortable movement.
How should the safety tether be used?
Attach the internal safety clip to a properly fitted pet harness. Do not attach it directly to a neck collar.
Is the carrier completely waterproof?
The nylon exterior is water-resistant and suitable for light splashes. It is not designed for heavy rain or full immersion.
